How to have a good night sleep to rejuvenate yourself for the next day?

The work is important and that’s why we keep trying hard every day. We keep running after things and tasks. We keep spinning our minds the whole day. All this activity takes a toll on our minds and bodies and we need to make sure we recharge ourselves and rejuvenate quite well. Sleep plays very important part in recharging ourselves. However, we need to understand how to sleep well to get the most out of it. If we do not go to bed well prepared, we’ll not get good night’s sleep and we’ll not be able to perform at our best the next day.

Here are a few things you need to do before you go to bed for sleep:

  1. Prepare a list of all the tasks you have to do the next day
  2. Jot down everything on the paper from your mind to free it up for the sleep
  3. Stop working about an hour or two before going to bed
  4. Do not eat before going to sleep
  5. Avoid coffee and tea before sleep
  6. Take deep breaths and relax for a while
  7. Think about good and positive things before going to bed

    one important point: we should take at least 7 to 8 hours sleep at night. If we do not take full sleep for 7 to 8 hours we can feel bad in the morning with low energy and esteem.

    Putting your thoughts on paper is good thing. It is like off loading all your worries and feeling relieved for the time being. As you have noted your to dos already so it’s not called neglecting your responsibilities, rather for now you’re just prioritizing your Sleep!
